Creative Aging Conference

Got asked to speak at a conference this weekend on Words can Heal describing how journaling and poetry can help us understand our feelings better and bring healing. It was fun and I love to teach. Then got introduced to lots of great ideas to implement in my life. Here's some  photos from the Conference held in St. George, Utah.
