Change of PLANS
We were planning on driving to No. Idaho today,
but hubby woke up feeling strange-light headed.
He is never sick, so we made an immediate change
of plans and he will be recuperating at home.
Hope it's not catching...
SG LITERARY ARTS Festival is over!
My grand finale POETRY TO ART Competition was exhausting. but I finally got to put on a competition where both artists and poets were judged and won cash prizes-each of them. We had 7 local artists compete and 13 poets from Dixie Poets and Redrock Writers. Here's the winners that were judged 1st, 2nd & 3rd places by Jeanine Buckley. Congrats to all who participated. Artist-Nancy Brook + Poet-Bonnie Anderson 1st PLACE certificates and $50 cash each! Closeup detail was just amazing!! 2nd PLACE winners were Artist Sue Kroll and Poet Solid Stehl- Wildflower, $30 each 3rd Place Winners- Artist: Colleen Gianatiempo & Poet Marissa Alvarez- Broken Heart Installation Piece, $20 each. .
