Caryn's BACK!

My snowbird friend Caryn is back in town for fun and shopping!
We went to the St. George Art Museum's exhibit of wedding gowns
Wedding fashions starting in the early 1860s up to modern times

Taking a NEW CLASS

I love to teach and also to learn as a student. So, this  year I'm taking a class at AHA-Artful Healing Academy where I teach also  based on a book new to me. How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci: Seven Steps to Genius Every Day by Michael Gelb.

Through creative journaling and art experiences in a weekly workshop, we'll be exploring the seven steps:
1. Curiosity
2. Developing knowledge through experience
3. Sensual refinement
4. Willingness to embrace ambiguity and paradox
5. Whole brain thinking
6. Physical poise and fitness
7. Understanding the connectedness of all life.

I'll be sharing what I learn with you...what book/s are you reading now and why?
