Amazing we made it through Poetry in the Park before the world as we know it started to collapse with a run on grocery markets for toilet paper, cleaning supplies and bottled water. Today we went to Walmart and were amazed by the empty shelves though there still are items available to buy. We are restocking our food storage. For years we carted 100s of pounds of wheat from place to place then finally about 15 years ago we downsized, gave it away and moved to St. George. Now we are restocking canned goods, frozen pizzas and all the necessities of life. Here we are at our local store.
We rely on a lot of fresh food, so we will be making trips to the local Safeway, only three blocks away, for that. That will be our only outings, except for walks, for the foreseeable future. Take care.
