There’s a NEW MOUSE in the house
Amazing isn’t it? After I just told you
that I'd fixed the old mouse. But it’s broke
again, and not being patient I bought a new one.

While I was at it, I bought a new keyboard.
Had the old one for years and years and years-
a hand-me-down from my technie son Dan.
It’s about time I got better equipment.
I spend most of my waking hours online
writing or creating poetry so I deserve
tools that support me and don’t sabotage
my endeavors by not working properly.

Now I look at my old hand me down computer
screen that is bulky and big. I’m thinking that
might be the next thing for me to get replaced.
