Well, day #3 with WeightWatchers Online.
I've lost one pound so far and am excited.
I can do this-it just takes self control...lol!
I'm learning lots about me in the process.
Why I eat what I do. What types of food
are best and portion control-all tools, then
add in the need for daily exercise and how
could I not be successful, if I try my best?
The most important tool is keeping track
of my intake and choices at mealtimes
plus snacks. Stopping when I've reached
my limit for the day-it is scientific!
Good luck, Lin. I've been gaining a bit of weight lately, so I need to watch myself. It's not easy. Luckily, my mother tries to cook mostly veggies for us.
ReplyDeleteYou go! I am happy for and proud of you, Lin!
ReplyDeleteIt is scientific, and it's also hard! I realized this year that to keep off the weight I lost last year, and hopefully take off more, that I can never again be casual about food. If I overdo it one day, I have to compensate the next. And for me the key is exercise, because not eating is not an option.
ReplyDeleteGood luck, Lin. Being healthy is important.
I am debating over whether to re-join WW online again...I have had great success in losing weight with the program but that was many years ago! I find the program so easy to follow and no fancy, expensive foods to buy as other diet programs are focused on. Good luck Lin!
