Boat Excursion

Well I haven't begun to show you even a tenth of my photos, so hang in there. Next was our boat excursion in the almost Arctic Sea, north west of Reykjavik. It was cold and windy but beautiful and wild. We saw many birds though few of the famous puffins, mostly cormorants. The scenery was lovely and so peaceful.

Glaciers can be seen in the distance

We had a woman captain who was a good guide also

Time for an ocean cruise

Quite chilly even with layers of clothes

Volcanic eruption formations

Birds everywhere

A comorant

So much natural beauty everywhere

After about 10 minutes of dragging a net on the bottom,
there were lots of fresh fish to enjoy for the passengers.

Fresh sushi, I tried a scallops and it was delicious, so sweet!

What a variety of sealife below
