Got an email about a class being offered
in our community at the Zion's Healing Arts
Center-they do quite a bit of alternative
classes like yoga, art therapy and more.
So I attended a class called the Four Agreements to discuss
some useful principles to live by:
1. Be impeccable with your word
2. Don't take anything personal
3. Don't make assumptions and
4. Always be your best.
It's an interesting class using a book

written by Don Miguel Ruiz, a native
American healer. And there is a strong
possibility that I can teach a writing
or poetry class for the center plus have
my POETRY in ACTION group perform.
