A cousin of mine Mimi brought to my attention this lovely YouTube video of the dedication of the LDS temple in Kiev Ukraine last summer. Before each new temple is opened, there is a youth cultural celebration held. This video shows their excellent dances and their growing testimony of the church. It's about six minutes long and is inspirational to realize there are such clean cut youth in that part of the world who are searching for God and understanding of why they are here. Our church currently has temples throughout the world and more planned.
Here's a one minute video of the inside of this new temple where baptisms for the dead are performed and other ordinances for the living and the dead including sealing of families and couples for time and all eternity. This is such a beautiful temple. Funny, but part of your two videos are cut off on the right side.
ReplyDeletewhat a beautiful video. I wish I had the cash to visit all of them before I die. But for now I go to our Cleveland Temple as often as possible...that was a lovely film.
