Dress Rehearsal

My Poetry in Action group is having its first performance
this coming Saturday on Tuacahn's preshow stage.
Today we had our final rehearsal, we're doing a free show
entitled INTRODUCTION to POETRY for FAMILIES.

We even got an article and photo in the local paper,
so maybe we'll have a few in our audience besides
our hubbies, friends and neighbors to listen to poems
about FUN, FANTASY, FORM and FREE VERSE.

Caryn's our wardrobe mistress, and she has quite a collection of stuff.
Unfortunately, most of us are too shy to risk dressing up like she does.

  4. Oh go ahead, Lin! You and Caryn will look fabulous! She is so much fun. Have you told her to get back to her blog yet?

  5. Congratulations on the coverage!

I'm thinking poets need to find an emblem just like the Red Hat ladies have theirs. Why not? We respect the power of language. Caryn, what's the article or accessory that can say that for us?
