it’s a deluge of water
falling from the skies
when will it stop?
after days and days
only more rain comes
we love it, but not this much

maybe we should find a boat
just in case it’s needed
California is full of mudslides
Utah is having flash floods

enough is enough
we’re ready for it to stop, NOW!
I'll take snow over rain any day. The situation in California looks quite serious, doesn't it? I hope they (and you) get some relief soon. We're getting snow today, perhaps up to 3-5 inches. Maybe we'll get a whie Christmas after all.
