In fact in Utah, it is TODAY as most parents don't want their kids celebrating HALLOWEEN on SUNDAY. So tonight is the night for most trick or treaters except they aren't allowed in our retirement community. Perhaps some Utahans go both nights?
Here's my front door decoration for FALL. I don't do Halloween decor but just Autumn since THANKSGIVING is my favorite holiday. How about you?
I don't like Halloween these days so I never use Halloween decorations but I do love fall decorations so I decorate for fall with pumpkins (not carved) and colorful fall leaves.
ReplyDeleteYour entryway looks nice.
Nicely done fall decorations!
ReplyDeleteI love Halloween for the fun of it. My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, though. All beautiful things grow from gratitude.
ReplyDeleteLovely decorations. I love seeing the kids dressed in their costumes, then we turn off the lights before you can the teenagers....
ReplyDeleteYour decorations look beautiful.Happy Halloween !
ReplyDeleteHalloween is bigger than ever. Here in Colorado, the schools have costume parades and parties. Almost every child and teacher has a costume. In Fort Morgan, as in many towns, the merchants have candy for the kids as a steady stream of costumed characters parade along Main Street. That was this morning, Saturday, as most shops will be closed on Sunday. But there will still be neighborhood trick-or-treating on Sunday, real Halloween. By the time we are through, there will have been four different costume occasions.
ReplyDeleteI love your Halloween decorations, Lin. Nobody came to our door yesterday so I imagine they'll come around tonight.
ReplyDeleteLove the decorations!
