The desert is so different from my surroundings; I find it fascinating. Lovely shots.

I wish I could say I think this is pretty... What is the expression they use in New Harmony to describe the Southern Utah Deserts?. Let me think, it'll come to me.... stark beauty! That's it. I am totally with ya on the "stark", the "beauty" mmmm... not so much. I am very fond of green, and water, and shade, and wildflowers... This seems more like where Adam and Eve might have been sent AFTER they were banished from the Garden of Eden.

But... on the positive side... YOU look great!

Deserts... not exactly where I'd want to live, but they sure are beautiful to visit. WOW!

You look great, Lin. The desert is amazing. And the sky is so very blue!

The desert looks so beautiful but I bet it is really hot..but I guess low humidity, I wonder if that makes it more tolerable...
