Boat Tour

We went on a boat tour from Lake Union past UW and into Lake Washington. It was a little cool but the sun was shining and the views were perfect.

"Sleepless in Seattle" movie's houseboat. There is so much to see and do here. Each time we return we try to see something we haven't seen yet and there is much more to do on our list for our next visit.

  2. Yea for you! Water is a vital part of our city.
Spurred by Caryn's blog yesterday, we are going urban trekking in the city today, too. The last Sunset Magazine featured the Hill Climbs on Queen Anne Hill, which are an extensive series of pedestrian steps and stairways on the hillside. It sounds like a workout and a good way to earn lunch out.

  5. Somehow we've managed to NOT find Lake Washington when we've been in Seattle. I don't understand what our probem is, but it's definitely a problem. Excellent photos, Lin.

  10. I love the photo of the bridge going up. It reminded me of a boating tour we took of the Erie Canal locks....
