Cowboy Hats
Everyone in Texas wears a hat. I had to laugh then take a photo of a Texas family out to eat supper. All the menfolk had on cowboy hats and cowboy boots-one man even had spurs on.
Then I saw a Santa ornament with a cowboy hat. I certainly live in the west.
I think its so funny too! When I've seen people dressed as "cowboys" they have always seemed out of place. But in Texas YOU are out of place if you aren't in your western get-up!
Oh I do miss those cowboy hats! Saw one here on a guy, and just stared and stared...it was just after I moved east from Alberta. I'm sure he thought I was digging him, but I was just homesick!
Oh, this is so funny, got me laughing over here – out loud – all by myself!! Oh, hahahaha. The pics are cute. Funny, funny, funny - we do not all wear cowboy hats all the time. Most of us wear baseball caps - all the time.
It's always so funny to me to hear about "the west", which is 1000 miles east of us here on the west coast. But we do have real cowboys here in central and eastern Washington.
Well, little lady, Ah fer one jest LUV cowboy hats. I think they can be sorta sexy on a man... But, have you noticed how many cowboys over the age of 26 are balding underneath them thar hats? It's jest sad.
I think that's the reason they wear them at the dinner table, at church, in the shower.... okay, I exaggerate. But, not by much.
That´s great! Even Santa wears a Cowboy hat. I´ve never been there but that´s what I imagine in Texas.

I'd have to really pay attention to that braid on the woman's silhouette. Otherwise, I could easily walk into the wrong restroom. Fun photos, Lin!
